	Okay, there is tentatively a Costume Meeting scheduled on August 18th at Reanna’s house. I say tentatively because my back yard will be under construction beginning Friday the 17th and I may not be able to host a meeting if the work continues into Saturday. Also, Kelli’s ability to get into Spokane due to her and John’s car situation and work schedules may have an affect on the meeting schedule, so please be attentive to changes, and the telephone is always a much more reliable means of gathering information at the last minute as opposed to these boards. So, pending further notice, the Costume Meeting will begin at 2 and continue until about 8 or so, depending on need and productivity. I am requesting that only group members who actually have work to do on a costume attend this meeting. Our monthly meetings provide plenty of time for catching up on gossip, planning future events, and eating; our costuming meetings need to be about getting work done. There will be a monthly meeting the night before, on Friday August 17, time and location still being determined. (Due to the backyard project, I will most likely not be at this meeting.) Most of you have my telephone number, so if you would like to call to make sure the meeting is actually happening (or not), please feel free. If you need my number, send a PM. Padmaye

	Okay, this costume meeting has been canceled as well. Kelli has to work Saturday in CDA until 9 PM. We cannot have a costuming day without our wonderful teacher. After talking about these meetings for a while last night, Kelli and I decided we needed to change the way we set up these costume meetings. She will go into greater detail at the meeting on Friday, but from now on the costuming meetings will actually be more of a one-on-one appointment type deal. That way, there are no distractions and the individuals who really want to learn to sew and get a costume produced will have her attention and help and will hopefully leave that appointment/meeting with a completed costume. It also allows for greater flexibility for scheduling. So, again, no meeting at Reanna's this weekend. R
