Oepning Position-Chapter Representative

Hi all, both those I have met and not met. My name is Erich and I am the Spokantina Chapter Rep. In other words, I try and monitor these boards and provide a contact in case people need it.
In light of last of weekend, and my lack of an appearance, I have decided to resign as CR, leaving the position open to whomever is nominated and elected.
I haven enjoyed this group for a long time, but due to my getting married and figure out schooling and overall major changes in my life, I feel that I cannot give the time to the group as I should. I think it is better for the group to have someone who is able to put in the time.
I will remain CR until someone is voted in.
The floor is now open for nominations.

That Chapter has a Chapter Representative (CR) who is responsible for maintaining the club’s message board and planning and executing meetings. They take care of the every day running of the chapter they were elected to represent. They are also the only level of the FanForce staff that is publicly elected. The age minimum for Chapter Representatives is 18. We also ask that they reside in their chapter all twelve months of the year.
Obviously, I dropped the ball on the bold section, one of the reasons that I am stepping down. It will make the Event Coordinator Committee and the CR jobs essential that those two communicate.

Quite honestly, the CR for the Spokantina doesn't do much at all, they're basically the go-between for us, and the rest of TF.N, especially when it comes to moderating the forums (though they have no moderation abilities technically

Pretty much. A C.R. has access to the C.R. only boards, and nifty things like that. That's about it

Sorry to hear about this, Daramin. 
Since Natalie hasn't spoken up, I'll toss in my two cents.
The CR's responsibility is to be the liason between the group and Fan Force. I know the FAQ say that it's the CR's job to plan all the meetings and events, but that's really not necessary; Meetings, sure, but anyone can plan events, and the CR can totally have an Events Officer or someone else to help out.
Basically, you tell Yvette or myself when technical stuff needs to be done on this board, make sure that people aren't breaking the website's rules, and kinda head up the group. For our standpoint, that's all we require from you, and then whatever the group requires from you needs to be filled as well.

Also, I believe that it was agreed that the CR needs to be elected at a group meeting, not online.
Edit: I think that this should be part of the BBQ if the event happens.
