	First off, is it happenning? (Personally, I've already put in a time-off request at work, so I'm committed.) Second, if it is happenning, myself, Cheeser and Smudge need to get cracking on contacting people. I only have phone numbers for John & Kelli, Rheanna, Smudge & Sabrina, and Nathan. That's it. (Hopefully I'm not assuming too much, Mason and Erik?) Third, what should people bring? John, what is the word? 	Agreed, we need to get going on this. 	Well, I said in the other thread, if our "Event Coordinators" can get people to commit, we'll provide the place and the meat. 	Okay, here's the attendance list as it stands: DEFINITELY SHOWING UP: Kelli & John (obviously) Erik & Sabrina Chris Nathan Erich Aflredo & Noelle TENTATIVE: Joe Rob (from Lowe's) CARPOOL SPACE AVAILABLE: 3 definite 7 more potential for a possible 10 I'm not sure if Reanna's number is active. I reached an automated re-route, which means that her number might have been changed. Nick's number dropped me into an automated message system. I don't know if it's still his or not. Nat is just too far away, though she will be in town from the 12th to the 16th for her brother's graduation. Mason's schedule might not allow him to attend, even though these Events tend to run for long stretches, thus allowing for stragglers. Anthony from the Tri-Cities definitely can't make it due to his schedule. Darthchromer is also unable to attend, due to his son's Birthday. 	Cheeser mentioned the Cd'A BBQ to me in the welcome thread and I'd happily attend. But I'll need someone to grab me from work if they're going later(between 1:30 and 2:00 PM) as I don't have a vehicle. As long as whoever does isn't going out of their way, as I said to Eledaia, I don't wish to impose on anyone.
