Ok folks,
We need to know what y'all are bringing to the bbq. Please post here or contact the comcom with what you are planning to bring.
Smudge is bringing:Teriyaki beef, and a mixture of basics (pop, plates, chips etc) tbd once I see what we are lacking.
I'm also bringign my shinais so bring gloves if y'all want to get in some sword work!

As things progress, I'll figure out what to pick up before heading out there. Burgers... cheese... A-1.... Mountain Dew Voltage and Revolution 
If I get brave enough, I'll grab my 4 FFXs as well

I am planning on bringing a dessert of some kind, brownies or something along those lines. Depends on whether Amanda or I do the baking.
Also, what time is this whole shindig supposed to be kicking off? My work schedule is such that I will not be joining until 5:45.

The original time was noon; I think everyone that remembered that time is assuming it has not changed. Jarus also said that they would snag a spot at the park for the group.
Is that still you intention Jarus?
Also, Alfredo is the official point man for this event. If you have any questions leading up to the meet up on that day (direction emergencies, suddenly delivering alien babies, etc...) give him a call. He has given everyone his number, so if you don't have it, check your pm s, I'm sure it's in there.

Noon sounds good for me, though we'll be there earlier (if anyone wants to hang out). If we have trouble reserving the spot, we'll convene at the Ammon residents (our apartment), which is not far from the park.

Anybody thinking about bring the new Dew flavors or am I the only one who notices these things? 
Revolution – A translucent blue-colored, wild berry fruit and ginseng flavored Dew.
Supernova – A pink colored strawberry, melon, lime, and ginseng flavored Dew.
Voltage – A blue colored raspberry-citrus and ginseng flavored Dew.
If no one is, I may pick up one or two if there is an interest. Personaly, I am going for Revolution or Supernova.

I was thinking of doing that, but whether I'll even be able to get to the BBQ MYSELF hinges on someone being able to grab me after work. If I can hitch a ride with someone, I'll bring some Dew (AND some water...  )
The question remains, how many people are Dew drinkers?

Of the 3 new ones, I'm leaning toward Revolution and I'd be sure to grab at least two 12 packs (if I make it). I'm personally not too fond of Mountain Dew: Cough Syrup... er, I mean Code Red I just don't really like the artificial cherry flavor in Dew.

As always, I'll be bringing Classic Dew.
I'll also be bringing some hotdogs & buns.
I plan to bring some chicken hindquarters and BBQ sauce, if some one knows how to cook them properly.
Cheeser, do "condiments" include mustard, ketchup, mayo, dill pickles, tomatoes & lettuce?
