Raiders of the Lost Ark
is my favorite, followed veeeeery closely by
Temple of Doom
.
"Desert Chase" is one of the best action cues I've ever heard and the Ark theme is so perfectly eery and powerful, especially in "The Map Room: Dawn." The "wrath of God", indeed.
As for
Temple of Doom
, "Slave Children's Crusade" is one of my favorite Williams themes ever. And the whole score is just so fast paced and exciting. It's like Williams was on a sugar-high when he wrote it. I am absolutely dying for an expanded release of this score.
Last Crusade
is, of course, very good as well, but doesn't have the punch of the first two scores. The Grail Theme is wonderful, though, and I love "Scherzo For Motorcycle and Orchestra."

Temple of Doom... I would kill for a complete release.
Raiders is fantastic as well, but I don't think Last Crusade has the same "thing" that the others have. It's still great music, but not in the same league IMO.

Raiders has the best theme. The other two movies can't compare at all. Simple as that.

I have to give the slight edge to
Raiders of the Lost Ark
, mostly on the strength of the "Ark" theme. But I love
The Last Crusade
a great deal and I find myself listening to it a lot more than
Raiders
.

Last Crusade had Escape from Venice. I also liked the Nazi theme from LC. I would like a complete release of the soundtracks. The only one I can find in stores is the Trilogy CD by the Prague Symphony Orchaestra. The Ark theme and the Slave Children theme are also very good too.
