	Obi-Wan Kenobi (ANH) because he had already survived the Purge and learned much (even outside the Jedi perspective ). I'd imagine that his skills may be not as fine tuned as Dooku's, but with his prowess with the Force in the end I picture "Ol' Ben" using some special Jedi technique to take him out. Sure, Dooku is a very accomplished swordsman and all around Force-user, but then again Ben still had the skills after all those years to use a lightsaber...that has to account for something... Next... 	IG-88 would clear Dengar out, for the sole purpose that Dengar is a human and has emotions, such as pain. IG-88, being a droid, lacks these priority weaknesses and, including its built in weapons, would easily dispose of any resistance such as that. Next...
