Did he live? I think he jacked Anakin's ship and flew away before the ship fell apart. And he took Dooku's head and flew to Kamino and cloned him.

Anyway, no one has yet found it in their hearts to bring back this thread to honor San Hill for his pwning skillz in the EU. Even Palps can't take the heat. Who'z your daddy now, huh? Darth Plagueis, fo shizz.
It's only a matter of time before the Muuns start kicking Sith butteus maximi with Force lightening, Force choke, and all those other copyrighted Force abilities.
I'll bet you a bank vault on Muunilinst that Darth Plagueis was the Chairman preceeding our beloved Sanny. And maybe half a bank vault that they're related. (Wouldn't Palpidious love that one, eh?)
For those of you who haven't the slightest clue as to what I'm talking about, the EU has recently decided that they'll write a novel about Darth Plagueis, Palpatine's Muun Master:

Now, the most disturbing part of all this isn't Palpatine's role, but Shmi. Lucas intended for Plagueis to be the one who made Anakin from the Force, choosing Shmi as the mother. And I don't think he went around looking for any old shmuck off the street to serve as the mother of the Chosen One. No, we're finally getting to learn a little about the Mother of all Skywalkers, and her taste in men.

I'm unlocking and upping this thread. With the release of the new Clone Wars trailer, I'm excited once again to see the Clone Wars and to see the "other side" of the Clone Wars. Hoping for plenty of Nute Gunray!

I was just looking for this.
Asajj Ventress remains my favourite character from the CIS, below Tyranus. Durge comes third, and then Aurra Sing, and lastly Grievous. Sing simply because of my pet theories about her as a Plagueis experiment. 
I'm infinitely pleased Ventress has been retconned into the secret Sith Apprentice of Lord Tyranus, equally. I've always rooted for her to be a Sith.

I enjoyed the Whorm Loathsom scenes in the movie last night/this morning. Thought they were enjoyable. I'd say more, but I want to keep SWC a spoiler-free zone as much as possible.
But it certainly whetted my appetite for more CIS leaders in the series.

I've been wanting to go see the Clone Wars movie, being a major Separatist Council fan. But from what I've seen of the previews, the only Seps with any real screen time are Ventress, Dooku and Loathsome (or whatever the heck his name is). Those of you who have already seen the movie, do we see anything more of Nute Gunray and co. besides the occasional split-second cameo? Can I even ask that question or is the answer to that too spoileriffic for this thread?

I just had a right laugh browsing through my old 'fan club'.
I can't believe how much of my time it took up. Brings back memories.
Even more surprised to see it came to life again.
Well, I have yet to go and see the film. I've heard negative things about it, but the trailer doesn't seem TOO bad. I mean, heck, just the dishing out of a little cash and I can see what it's all about.
Maybe sometime next week.
Good to be back in this mire of memories.
Hard to believe how young and terrible at logic and spelling I was. Embarassing.
If a moderator would spare me the shame of having a mispelled fan club thread, it would be great to edit the topic title to be correct, if you know what I mean.
