Welcome Draftniks!!!

As you may have guessed, I'm Darth-Horax's sock...the mighty Juhanni.

As Horax is banned for losing a game somewhere on these accursed boards, I will be opening up the newest version of the game you've come to love to hate...the JEDI DRAFT!!!

The last draft was won by Bburditt! Congrats, Burd-man!

This is the last draft before the greatest epic of all time is concluded with Episode III, so let's enjoy it! There may even be a surprise or two this time around...I'm not quite sure yet.

For those who don't know the rules, I'll do a quick re-hash. If you don't understnad, go ahead and ask the question on the boards, and all of the GM's and judges who have played will help to clear things up.

Players sign up to be a General Manager. There will be two conferences of 8 teams each...with each team consisting of 6 players. These GM's will be put into a random draft order, with the exception of the top spot going to the previous winner of the draft. GM's will then draft teams of 6 Jedi/Sith. These teams will then be placed in a bracket (either round robin or straight up March Madness style)...yet to be determined...and fight to the death! Each GM will have to PM Horax his/her numbers (numbering each player on your team 1-6). The numbers will then be called, and Jedi/Sith from opposing teams that have been assigned to that number will fight to the death in an arena of my choosing.

TRUMPS are really fun! You can assign two people to fight together, not knowing who they will fight against. However, once both players are used up, you will instantly forfeit the other match.

EXAMPLE:

Team 1:
Luke-1
Corran-4
Windu-5 TRUMPED WITH Jocasta Nu
Sidious-2
Jocasta Nu-6
Kenth Hamner-3 TRUMPED WITH Windu

When either number 5 or 3 is called, both Windu and Jocasta, the mighty librarian, Nu will go into battle together. However, if 5 is called first, then when number 3 is called, Jocasta Nu forfeits as she has already fought in that round.

TRUMPS are always only good for one round at a time.

I think we all know the rules, so let's get right to the signups.

The judges for the Second Installment of the 2005 Jedi Draft will be Corran 10584, SecondBest, and myself...Darth-Horax.
