that cough also came from his run-in with mace in the clone wars. mace used the force to crush his gutsack and it made him weaker. that occured right before the chancellor was whisked off the planet.
he was the whup in that cartoon, running on the ceiling, holding a saber in his feet, using four hands, wow. he had it all.

Ok let me rephrase myself. GG was a wimp in the movie (come on Nemisis the voice, and he was killed by a simply blaster) but in the clone wars cartoon he was the ultimate badguy and in the comic books and what not.

I admit he was funny but I wanted a Evil kick @$$ villian. And EP.III itself was funny enough w/out Grievous. They just made hime a wuss and that sucked.

he wasn't really a wuss, he just got pitted against one of the finest in the order. kenobi was too much for the good general, he really had his number. i was a tad dissapointed with his performance at first considering how indestructable he was in the cartoons, but really, they made him well and believable. i wish he would've used his feet to hold some sabers, but eh, i'll live.
