Questions for Jay... Hmmm... 
Well, instead of asking him direct questions regarding handmaidens, you could ask him to comment on the actresses that played the handmaidens he worked with and about their careers. I'm not familiar with the careers of the handmaidens from ROTS but Rose Byrne has had some success with roles in a number of movies since AOTC, including co-starring in an upcoming tv series opposite Glenn Close called Damages. He can say he "knew her when".

Has anyone considered having the Royal Handmaiden Society website as a fan listing as well as a fan site?
thefanlistings.org only has an official individual listing for Padme and one for Dorme. The Royal Handmaiden Society could be a group fanlisting encompassing all of the Handmaidens like how USE THE FORCE
( http://fan.innocent-diversions.net/starwars/force.html ) is a fanlisting for all the characters or how GRACEFUL ( http://www.artisticchardon.com/fan/twilek/ ) is a fanlisting for Twileks.

Handmaiden_Dorme, excellent idea, but someone got there before us. Shalla, who runs Like Mother, Like Daughter also runs the approved Handmaidens fanlisting: Courageous Shadows. Welcome by the way, and thanks for posting the link to that Dorme/Anakin vid. I've dabbled in AU vids myself, and I find them very interesting when done well.
A big welcome to you too, Jedi_Allegra...and LadyKiemi too, of cousre! 
ObiAnne, my mind is completely blank on anything you could ask Jay. I like KA's idea of asking about the actresses though. Or, you could ask him about the original draft of RotS. In the making of book, it says that Lucas had originally planned for Typho, Moteé, and Ellé to accompany Padmé to Mustafar. They were supposed to be gunned down by clones when they got there. Lucas decide to change it just a few days before filming. Guess he wanted Anakin and Padmé there alone.
Okay, so I haven't uploaded my pictures. Sorry! I'll try to get to that today. Thanks to everyone who has uploaded their CIV pics thus far. I can't wait for GentleBant and LadyEirtae to upload theirs because I think they are the only two who got good shots of Laser Tag because I have no pics of LadyEirtae. 
And I booked my trip everyone! I'll be in Ireland, England, and Scotland for three weeks! I leave on the 26th! Eep. If anyone wants a postcard, let me know!

Yeah, especially the TPM ones, except of course Keira and Sofia, shouldn't be too hard to persuade. Wasn't Veronica Seguira (sp?) on a convention in Mexico once, close around 2002 or something?

I think that we as the handmaidens should do something major for C5. I know that is still ages away, but I know one is planned and I think it is at the same place. It was just something I was thinking of before. Like a panel or something.
I know, I am being random, but it was just a thought, since it seems we are having trouble getting the actresses to come, though I wonder if they are even asked...

Probably not. They are too busy thinking about whether or not they should serve crappy cake as the third brown ewok in that one scene where they are now part of the tribe does a dance onstage.
I am only mostly joking. 
It would be excellent if they did a panal of handmaidens, although I doubt many of the actresses even know/realize how cool they actually are, and how much we obess over *cough* er... enjoy the characters they protrayed.
Speaking of... I have randomly gotten bitten by my fanfic bug and have started working again on my Saché fic. If all continues as is, I may actually be done with it enventually and post again. Although the fanfic boards are awfully frightening and intimidating and clique-est.
I think it would be fantastic if we did a huge costume mess of all of us in different (or the same!) handmaiden gowns. And then just walked around as a huge group whilst many took our pictures.
We could even get some Security Guard or Palace Guard costumes for Piett, NabooPop and Ander!
But only if they really wanted too. Or if we really wanted them too!

Heh; a costume! Great idea Obischick, considering I'm too lazy to make one . . . I'll send you my tailoring spec's.
BTW I recently saw that movie "Sunshine" which starred Rose Byrne. Anyone else see it? I was disappointed . . . anymore I leave the theater thinking not about the movie that was, but the movie that might have been, had better writing or a more visionary director handled it. I'm embarrassed to admit, I didn't recognize/remember it was Rose 'til about halfway through! Despite the sci-fi trappings, she was hardly . . . Dorméic, to coin an HM adjective . . .

I haven't even heard of it...so not worth seeing it?
And yes to the costumes! I was thinking about that! We could all choose the same costume (I am very partial to the flame, then I have no idea how to dye it and the battlemaiden from TPM), though that is kind of up to everyone. I think it would be awesome though. And maybe we'd prove just how awesome handmaidens are!

Piett! You're not dead! That's fantastic.  Let me see if I can work out the details of how to make the costume before you send me tailoring specs. I shall work dilligently on it, I promise you.
So Sunshine more of a "borrow from the Library" than "omg go-see-right-now!"? I shall put it on my list of things to watch, including a movie called "the Dead Girl" that Rose is in that I've heard mostly good things about. Anyone seen that one?
Wow, can you imagine a bunch of us females all dressed in the Flame gown or the Battlemaiden outfit *eyes glaze over* that would be fantastic. Of course the less knowledgeable of our peers might mistake us for a bunch of really enthusiastic TPM Padmé fans, but I'm sure if Ande or some one makes a sign (which I know Ande likes to do ) they will be less confused and more wise by the day's end.
We could be like the 501st, except, you know, prettier.
