The pictures are fantastic Ande (well except for the weirdly zonked-looking old guy who shows up in some of them). You have a great picture of Uncle George in the MTR album. And I finally get to see what Celebration I was like! Looking forward to the FARHSMC and Caserta and UK pictures. Fan survey duly taken.
And your pictures too GB!
I haven't heard anything about Celebration V being in Baltimore - I agree with Piett, it is definitely not recommended.

Love all the pictures!!! Especially the one of NabooPop in front of the pop killer store!! I nearly died with laughter! Just fantastic. And it's very strange to see myself in that collage... Piett keeps loosing hair (are you going to shave your head for CV?) and my hair keeps getting longer. Oh dear... I look like such a child in the CII pics! My poor mom took tons of pictures of us doing our lovely dance at CII only to open up her camera at the end to take out the film to discover that she hadn't put any film in to begin with! It was enough to give a girl a heart attack!
Fan Survey - took it a couple weeks ago and mentioned Handmaidens a lot. Probably drove the people who read them (if they do I mean) crazy. Also mentioned that their new marketing that is more slightly geared towards females is appreciated and should continue. By this I mean the inclusion of tshirts that are not tailored towards 300 lb men.

I am not a member of the fan club, so sadly I can't take the survey, though I would probably be saying a lot about the handmaidens, like Obischick.
Did they say C5 is in Baltimore? I heard that C5 and C6 are going to be at the same place as C4.

So that's where it went! At least the Force is being kept in balance . . .
Should I shave my head for C.V?? Perhaps this is a matter best put to a poll . . . 
And as for the Bawlmer system . . . erm, before this gets out of hand and I am pinned as the source of a nasty rumor, lemme just say for the record that I could've sworn I thought I perhaps maybe had heard such a notion, offchance . . . and that also 'twould be a far, far better thing if SW Celebration stayed put in its newfound home in the L.A. Convention Center! I mean, they finally got it right, no? Baltimore would just be . . . no, see, it just wouldn't work. Rabid Ravens fans would try to tackle the 501st Stormtroopers, for one thing. But at least all the roaming squeegee guys would keep their armor shined up . . .
C6??! Whoa; now that's thinking ahead . . .

Knight-Ander, beware! Grave danger I fear in Celebration VI for you! If Ande has a picture of Piett lying dead at C2 and GB has one of me dying at C4, what horrific fate may await you at C6? At least they only kill one of us off every other convention.

And today I got my fabric mailorder magazine, living in a country without decent fabric stores forces me to rely on mailorder, unfortunately this years magazine didn't contain any fabrics suited for any kind of HM costumes, or other SW costumes.

And I recovered. I just finished week two of year two of grad school. Yea!
Oh! Btw, I heard of another handmaiden from TPM! Her name was Dané. This was found on Wookiepedia. "Dané was a Human female rumored to be in training to become one of the elite handmaidens serving the Queen of Naboo. Trained by Panaka, she was a competent fighter. At the age of 14, she was a member of the Naboo Underground and played a minor role in defending Naboo from Trade Federation forces in 32 BBY." It says she had red hair and green eyes. Just an interesting little tidbit!

I've seen her before, I think she's some kind of RPG or game character. I think I had a plan once to write a fanfic about her, but since then I've more or less stopped writing so it's very low on my list of priorities.
