Is it....

Vader Force Crushing the droids in the Med Room, as well as crushing the wall and shaking the room.

Yoda Lifting th X - Wing.

Sidious throwing the Pods.

Vader Killing Sids by truding through the power of force lightning.

Dooku Sending The Balconny down on Obi Wan.

Yoda blocking Sidious's lightning.

Darth Vader force choking someone on another ship.

You decide.

Acturally I think it was Yoda in ROTS when he was dueling Palp because he conducted the lightning and dodged all the platforms.

I'd say it's either Yoda lifting the X-Wing on Dagobah or Vader choking Admiral Ozzel on another ship, or Yoda catching a falling pod in the Senate chamber and throwing it back up at Sidious.

Vader deflecting blaster bolts with his hands is pretty impressive. It depends on whether you think it was the force or the durasteel cybernetics.

It goes back and forth between these two for me
Those are two seperate things. You can't count yoda throwing a pod and deflecting lightning in the smae feat.

The thing that is impressive about sidious throwing the pods around is not the feat of throwing the pods themselves, but rather the ease of which he is doing it. He literally treats them like frisbies.

Thats my favorite thing about Vader. How non-chalantly he displays his power. So confident and so in control.

I'm gonna have to go with Yoda being able to block and redirect force lightning. WIth SIdious being able to throw the pods with ease as a close second
