Star Destroyer, for several reasons. While the Invisible Hand seems extremely impressive, this is probably due to the fact that is was the CIS flagship and was one of the biggest ships there, however, it was actually taken down by a Venator-class Star Destroyer (that's the one we see shooting at it during the battle, and the Neimoidian says "all batteries fire, FIRE!"). And according to Wookieepedia the Venator-class star destroyer is bigger, both in length and width, than the Invisible Hand. When you say "Star Destroyer" you are probably referring to the Imperial Star Destroyer, which is the regular ones from the OT and are bigger, more powerful, and upgraded of the Venators, which took out the Invisible Hand. Also, if the Invisible Hand were superior, the Empire would be composed of fleets of Invisible Hands, not Star Destroyers.
ROTS Anakin in his Jedi Starfighter vs. The Millenium Falcon, with Chewie flying and Han and Lando using the gun turrets?

Luke,
and I agree that the duo beats Asajj. Asajj is better than both of them individually but Ti could likely give her a good match alone, and Aayla is strong, too, so together they would win.

Hmm that's close, I bet Luminara could take either of them if she fights Ti it will last a long time. Aayla could probably beat Barriss first and then she and Shaak together could likely take out Luminara. ROTS Kenobi puts Luminara above himself, and for sure he is just being overly humble but for him to even think that she must be pretty powerful.

No, Ti would not take Luminara. Kenobi says Luminara is a greater soresu master than he is. All he says about Shaak Ti is "she has taught even me a few tricks".
