This was a tough one, went for ESB in the end just because it has the Imperial March.

ESB. The Imperial March and Yoda's Theme are outstanding. Plus the finale has the best versions of each.

ESB, for the Imperial March.

Attack of the Clones was released May 16, 2002.
Star Wars: Republic covered the Clone Wars starting Jan 22, 2003.
What's the next big Star Wars project? Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Fall 2008.

One Vote for AOTC? Across the stars counts for more than that.
Since EP2 has virtually been ignored, make it 2 votes for Ep2. Episode 3 had duel of the fates again, and Battle of the heroes isnt as good as Across the Stars imo.
My second choice would be ESB. Imperial march is iconic and added a lot to the weight of the empires scenes. Third is TPM (DOTF).

ROTS. TPM is close, but since ROTS gets to use a lot of the best bits of the TPM score plus Battle of the Heroes, I have to go with it. I had this discussion with a fellow fan last semester, actually.

I'd have to say TPM. While perhaps I was not totally thrilled with movie, but between Duel of the Fates and Augie's band at the end, I just love it.

You come up with some fun poll questions Strilo. 
Very tough, I went with ROTS. I went with the number of themes I like versus favorite. Otherwise I could have chosen any of the films: AOTC; Across the Stars, ESB; Imperial March and Yoda's theme, (ESB probably would have been my choice if not ROTS) ANH; Luke's theme, (I'm actually not sure what some of these are called) TPM; DOTF, ROTJ; not sure if this counts since it was not on the original film, but the new "victory celebration" at the end is just great.

I like ESB because of the Imperial March, but I love Across the Stars from AOTC.
At the end of the day, though, ROTS has got it in the bag.

ROTS. Fall of A Hero and Battle of Heroes are epic. Although I'll always love the Imperial March from TESB.
And who can forget the Ewok song from the ROTJ soundtrack?
