I love the PT more, but all six films are perfect.

While I see myself as a big star wars fan (owning books about locations and other things, having seen all the movies many times and loving the mood of the movies etc.) I can still not see them as perfect in every way. There are toe cringing scenes, Jar Jar from the PT etc.
But still they are very enjoyable movies and I can see myself loving them for many years to come.
Same here, though Jar Jar is oddly something I'm mostly indifferent to rather than the common loathing.

I don't think the prequels are absolutely terrible, they have their moments, but they fall a good deal short of the greatness of the Star Wars trilogy (which, like all Star Wars enthusiasts, I am a huge fan of ).

They would be perfect, but there is only one flaw. A flaw which goes by the name of Jar Jar.

How do you feel about the Star Wars films?
I enjoy each STAR WARS episode and each STAR WARS trilogy and the STAR WARS SAGA fully and equally. Always have and always will. Each STAR WARS episode and each STAR WARS trilogy and the STAR WARS SAGA are fully and equally my favorite movies. Always have been and always will be.

I cannot believe so many people think the SW films are perfect. Who knew that attaining perfection was so easy?

It all depends on the individuals definition of perfection. If your talking on the lines of production, continuity (i.e. Boba's antenna is on one side of his head in one shot, the other side in the next, then back on the other side), Fx, make-up etc. sure you'll find flaws, in EVERY movie. If your talking story and characters "well thats something different" to me the Star Wars saga in this respect is PERFECT. It's the story that comes first and foremost, and of course the characters. Star Wars is as perfect as any films can be, IMHO.
Why does something need to perfect to be enjoyed?

Love, love, love the original (one of my very favorite films of all time).
ESB is a darn good film, too, though it sews the seeds of the story elements of the saga that I don't like so well.
RotS is also an above average sci-fi/fantasy film, and one of the better such films of the last 20 years.
The other three I could do without. I would even go so far as to say I consider them bad films, in the case of TPM, maybe even awful.

Love them, but one or two films suck: There's one weak film among them, TPM, and one film that is partly spoiled by an invasion of hideous teddybears from children's movies.

I love them all equally, but in different ways. They all mean something different for me. The OT is the old trilogy, reminds me of when I was a very young kid. The TPM reminds me of the beginning, AOTC, the next step and ROTS as the culmination of everything. While I do love them all equally and will forever be fan, they all do have some flaws. However, I don't think the flaws take away anything from the films. They don't make me like them any less.

The Star Wars films are not perfect. To me each movie has a moment or scene that could have been differently but that does not change the fact they are my favorite movies of all time.
Meanwhile I hate when people point out the PT as weaker or that it brings down the series. People need to understand that the PT movies are different types of moives than the OT. In many ways I believe the PT is superior to the OT. And of course in some ways its the other way around. However my point is that its one sextilogy and you cannot split them up. There differences in film styles make the complete series even better.
