For me it's a tie between the "You were my brother!" moment and the "Master Skywalker, there's too many of them scene.

Order 66, the death of Yoda, and Qui-gon's death really did it for me, but I have to say the saddest moment for me had to be when Palpatine announced the creation of the Empire.

Definitely the scene after Obi-Wan and Darth Vader(anakin) battle for the first time on mustafar..."You were my brother Anakin! I loved you..." I mean, when you understand all that they had been through together, how much time they had spent with each other...man, it still wrenches my heart...

I concur. Order 66 and all the Jedi dying is the most emotional part of the saga for me.

When Obi Wan starts to fly away after leaving Anakin for dead is the most moving moment in the entire saga to me. The music coupled with the context. Second is Padme's funeral.

Saddest moment in the whole Saga?

Also, the Ewok celebration with Anakin,Ben and Yoda watching always brings a tear to my eyes.
