Who has seen the new Insider #100?
and the 100 Best Things About Star Wars... Ever! list?
Who made this list?
I mean:
Luke Skywalker is #9
Yoda #10
Leia #14 (although very nice photo of her)  ....don't tell my wife I noticed !
Han Solo #27 (!!! Now come on, at a minimum he should be on the top 5 !!!)
Chewbacca #32 (Now who are we? the Empire....not allowing aliens on our top 10 list?)
But what really gets me is:
Jar Jar Binks at #55 (he should not even be on the list)
After Jar Jar is,
The X-wing fighter, C-3PO, Tie Fighter, Wedge Antilles, and Admiral Ackbar.
Am I missing something? I'm I just "old school" and don't get it? Or am I just plane Old?
Who made this list !!!

I think they may have made the list based on hits on the Databank on www.starwars.com. But this is not a good representation of what fans consider to be the best things about star wars.

I don't mind that Twi'leks made the list.
However, I find it very weird that the picture representing Twi'leks in this magazine is the morbidly obese Orn Free Ta.
Yeah, I like Twi'leks, but that's not the reason why.
And Aarba the Hutt? Seriously? WTK?!

The only thing that list is good for is using it as a last ditch replacement for toilet paper when you have 'the runs'. My scanner is on the fritz, anybody got that TFU Vader pic?
The only way binks makes the list is if they poll'd a daycare.

What really got me going, aside from Han Solo's ranking, was Wedge. Whats going on there? And why was Yaddle on the list? I have a better question, who is Yaddle?
I think the creaters of that list took a trip to Kessels and picked up some Spice before the started working on it, if you know what I mean

It's a very nice issue, I'm not going to lie. The list was compiled from the starwars.com databank, the most popular searches made.
What got me angry was the Darth Malak was on the list, yet Revan or Bastila, two of the favorite characters of KOTOR weren't featured. As far as I remember, Greedo wasn't on the list either. Quite suprisingly with the infamous 'Who shot first' debate raging over the last... god only knows how long.
And did anyone else notice that Palp/Sids/ The Emporer was ranked rather high for such an important character?
None the less, still a great issue.

I've just read it.
It should be called The Most Stupid List Ever, not the 100 Best Things About Star Wars Ever.
It's really messed up, SWC+EUC could have done the job much much better. Although, truth to be told, even that wouldn't fit everyone's taste since we all love many different things about Star Wars.
