Teethree didn't participate in the aerial assault, to see if any Nebulan henchman would follow.
He then checked his sensors, which was what detected the octopus in the first place (he thought about rubbing it in the face of Tholme, but he though better of it....maybe later).
Nothing. Everything seemed normal...for now, in this crazy ship. He was still driving the Juggernaut...yet they haven't informed him of a course yet. He was driving aimlessly in the bowels of the capital ship.

Logray
[The only one who needs any help is that mental case over there!] Logray said pointing to Wicket.
Logray went to his makeshift med room and took out some herbs to settle his stomach. He nibbled on them as he glared at the younger Ewok who had nearly gotten him killed.
[What was I thinking going on a ship?] he said allowed.

IC Yoda:
"Agree I do. Code word good idea would be. Between us three it would be." He did not like to keep secrets from anyone, but it seemed prudent in this alien environment, where two of their number were murderers, that they keep certain knowledge limited to as few people as possible. But what could the word be? He had to think about this, for if the word was too easy, anyone could conceivably get it with just an educated guess.
"Ideas have you about what word to use?" He addressed the other two Masters.

"It would have to be something we don't use often but not draw suspicion."
"I agree, it cant be something too obvious, but casual enough that it appears to be natural, if that makes any sense", Ben answered.
"Master, the 3 of us are not exactly young blood. We are old and in the way. Perhaps that could be our code word?"
Ben raised an eyebrow and smirked at Tholme's suggestion "I think that could be a good idea... if one of us is acting strange, we should ask 'What are we again?' and without hesitation that must be the answer... any hesitation from the dubious character and he must be restrained, even if it's me", Ben whispered to both Masters.
For some reason, Ben felt a bit of relief. Now all they had to do was hope it didnt come to that.
"If Master Yoda agrees, i think we should settle this and get back to the cockpit to figure out the way back towards a med center and mess hall, maybe the one we were in before, because i think most everyone needs a break after the difficult battle", Ben pointed out.

Yoda nodded his head at Master Kenobi's words. "Yes, yes, agree with this I do. Good idea this is."
They had been lost on this ship for what seemed like days while they rode this gigantic machine, but now, it looked as if they had a general sense of where they should be going. There had not been any trouble for quite a while now, which made Yoda nervous.
What would these Nebulans throw at them next?

IC: Obi-Wan
Try as he could, Obi-Wan was not able to banish Bria's thoughts from his mind. This was perhaps the most troublesome part of their bond (well, not
the
most, clearly, but still...). He was sure both of them could do with having some of their thoughts stay private, for already he had "heard" things he knew Bria would not have willingly had him hear. And he had certainly let quite a bit slip that he did not under any circumstances want Bria to feel coming from him.
Just right now, though, as they sat apart, her contemplating his break in the second kiss, what his mind drifted to was something unrelated to the physical aspect. Perhaps that was his own way of avoiding the subject, to focus on something else in her mind than
that
. So what did come across was her thought of his emptiness. She had unwittingly answered his unspoken questions about what he filled his soul with with the thought of emptiness. He was worried he might be filling the dark corners with yet darker things, but for some reason the idea of emptiness bothered him almost more. Which was nonsense. Jedi were taught to, strived to empty themselves of their own selfish desires and will so the Force could fill them up with pure motive and action. When that was in fact achieved, it made one feel more whole than when one was only filled with one's corrupted self. The problem was, this was an extremely difficult thing to achieve. Yoda seemed to have done it. So had others. But Obi-Wan had long had a nagging feeling that his empty space was instead filled with too much of his own temper, treading against darkness.
But empty? Merely empty, without any thing whatsoever in the deepest corners of his soul? That was not something he had considered. And yet, that's what Bria thought. And it occurred to Obi-Wan that perhaps she was right. For reasons he could not quite put his finger on, it pained him... that it was so or that she thought so? Once again, he was faced with the fact that on some level she found him to be rather detached, an incomplete man, and almost inhuman. Found the Jedi in general to be that way, but obviously he was her particular concern. And despite his best efforts not to care, it hurt him that she felt that way.
Moreover, it gave him pause. This sentiment was not one Bria was apt to express openly, she preferring rather to ignore any discontent and lose herself in passion. But this one thought of hers made Obi-Wan doubt her attachment to him. Not that it was done maliciously, but the mere fact that somewhere deep within her she thought of him as being essentially empty of basic human capacities was a tip off to something more.
The real wake-up call, however, the thing that really caused him to stop dead in his tracks and stare at her silently in that long moment waiting for her to reply to his request to meditate was her hesitance. It hit him belatedly, this feeling of hers that things were going too fast. That she was actually glad he had stopped the kiss. It occurred to him, like a blockhead finally getting drilled with information through his thick skull, that he should not have kissed her. Certainly not when he did, perhaps not ever.
Obi-Wan had thought he was reading not only the Force but her fairly well. Yet her surprise at the action and her hesitation about it made him second-guess himself. He thought that was what she had been getting at, but then again, what in the world did he know about women? No doubt she had far more experience with the opposite sex than he had, even at about half his age. As far as the physical aspect of relationships went, well, quite frankly he was getting into new territory. He was deeply chagrined at his misreading of the situation, if that was indeed what had happened. But that was not all.
Something had snapped within Obi-Wan, and he wondered if it had been his sanity. The question of what exactly he was doing here was widened beyond simply his own personal uneasiness to actually consider Bria's. She may not have seemed it outwardly, but these little hints of her discomfort with him and this whole situation seemed to him to be creeping out from her deeper being. How long had he really considered what she really wanted and what would really be best for her, not simply what she appeared to want?
As she climbed over the couch to his, a bit too much of the smooth skin of her legs caught his eye, and Obi-Wan looked away, increasingly embarrassed at himself. He managed to be brave enough to look at her as she, wavering, replied that he would have to teach her to meditate. The shivering uncertainty and almost childish neediness in her voice made him doubt himself once again.
For he was sharply reminded that this was an extremely broken and needy woman. Had he been taking her proclaimed needs too much at face? After all, she had been clinging to either Han or Obi-Wan the whole time she'd been on board the ship. It made sense, knowing what he did of her experience with the Exultation, that she would have an almost addictive need to fill. Had Obi-Wan underestimated its strength? As he looked on her and considered all this, he could not help the nagging feeling that for her (even subconsciously) he was only the thing he was reaching out for to fill a void. Which seemed incredibly dangerous and somewhat unhealthy.
Luke's story of redeeming his father with love had made the whole thing seem rather simple. And Obi-Wan felt the Force urging him and indeed perhaps the whole of his remaining order to reconsider their strict bans on attachment. He clearly had such an attachment to Bria, but now he was second guessing just exactly how he expressed that compassion for her in this situation. He was trying to act on feeling, but his history had shown he was not very good at it. His time as Anakin's master had demanded he try to communicate in that vein, but clearly he had not been very successful there. And now he was afraid of his interaction with Bria- was it too hasty, too much, catering to a need in this vulnerable young woman it was not helpful for him to fill?
She was right. There was indeed a cloud of fear hanging over this whole situation, and that realization was worse than anything else. Apart from personal decisions, aside from uncertainties, fear was the overriding agent of the dark side. Perhaps Bria only thought it some regular problem- another part of his skittishness or odd Jedi near-inhumanity. But it was more grave than that. Obi-Wan could not, would not allow himself to fall into a state of perpetual fear. It would only lead to evil. But how in this harrowing personal situation was he to avoid it?
Obi-Wan drew a breath, opening his mouth to say something, anything. To try to shape his thoughts into understandable words, reassuring words, sensitive words. But it was futile, he knew. That damned connection between them, not allowing for space to work out one's thoughts before they went flying into the other's mind. He knew she had "heard" all he had been thinking, all the doubts he was having about his motivations. And the futile fear he had at being afraid. So Obi-Wan only gave her a pained stare.
Then he remembered that she was also awaiting his offer of helping her meditate. Yes, that was the thing they needed. She seemed to worry it would open them more to one another. It was possible, but then again, it was not really the point. Having a teaching task to focus on put Obi-Wan at ease a little, more in his comfort zone. It passed his mind that indeed she was probably
younger
than his own grown padawan, but that particular thought was too much for Obi-Wan to handle on top of all his other doubts, so he pushed it away. Instead, he did his best to focus on her and this task.
Clearing his throat, Obi-Wan finally spoke, attempting to behave as though he was not experiencing the tumult of feeling he actually was. "Yes, meditation," he said with a slight nod. "Well, I shall do my best to teach you. I confess, it is not easy for a non-Force user, but I will try to use my connection with you to draw you into my own meditation." Here he hesitated, choosing his words carefully. "It is important to know that Force meditation is not focused on the person, or people, doing the meditating. The whole point is to commune with and focus on the Force itself, to seek its will, its guidance, and its healing." She looked rather uncertain, so he added, a little apologetically, "I'm sorry if this all seems strange to you. I am aware that this sort of thing is sometimes uncomfortable for non-Force users to experience or indeed to talk about..." but it was the thing he knew he needed right now, his safe haven. And Obi-Wan also knew it was the Force was the only safe thing for her to focus on. Still, somewhere in his mind he had the vague worry she would think this all a bunch of strange religious stuff that would only make her more uncomfortable. He prayed the actual experience of the Force might allay those worries.
"All you need to do is breathe slowly, close your eyes, and try to clear your mind of worries and thoughts. I know you cannot readily sense the Force, so I will do my best to, in a way, illuminate its presence for you." He looked at her steadily, quite seriously. "If at any time you feel uncomfortable or uneasy, please do let me know or break straight away. The last thing I want is for you to feel pressured." The double meanings there were inescapable, and Obi-Wan said it quite fervently. The doubts that had been raised about both their motivations had wound him up tighter, and he was starting to second guess every look or gesture toward her.
Which was why he did not touch her. He folded his legs up onto the couch and faced her, setting his hands at his side, his finger tips several inches from her knees. But not touching. Obi-Wan gave her one last mixed look before shutting his own eyes. Slowly, with some difficulty, he managed to centre himself. His awareness of the Force grew like a light increasing its shine. After a few moments of simply basking in its calming presence, Obi-Wan tentatively reached out in the Force for Bria's presence, which he had been able to feel all along despite his focus on the Force. Haltingly, Obi-Wan gently sent the equivalent of holding out a gentle hand to her through the Force, beckoning her to join him in seeking the guidance of the Force. Which he knew they desperately needed. But Obi-Wan had no notion of what it would tell them...

Ah, well, Tri, I'll let you get to the meditation stuff. Hopefully before long we can all start moving toward trying to get out of the library and back with the others. Not that anything will really be solved between all of us, but that's what makes this fun
Sorry it took so long, Tri. Lots of work this weekend plus this was a really difficult passage for me. And Obi-Wan

IC Yoda:
"I think we should head back to the cockpit and figure out where to go, for everyone needs food and some need medical care,"
Master Kenobi said.
“To cockpit we should go, yes. More here we cannot do.”
Yoda was thinking more and more of how much he had failed the younger Kenobi right at a crucial moment. The Grand Master had not been able to tell the man how proud he was of him for how much he had grown from his days as a Padawan.
Of course, he could tell the elder Kenobi, and he would, but it was not the same thing at all. He would be telling a Kenobi that had been forced into a life of solitude, instead of a Kenobi that had not yet had to make the toughest decision of his life. Now, of course, it was too late, the chance gone forever.
The Grand Master would have told the other Jedi that he understood what the man was going through. He understood very well indeed.
772bGRS:5:25 (before Great ReSynchronization)
The cup was turned upside down, and a dozen fine grains of sand were gathered on top. The Padawan’s task was to cause a single grain at a time to fall off the edge, and he had to do it without getting anywhere near the cup. His eyes were shut tight, allowing not even the smallest amount of light in, as his entire being focused on channeling the energy that he had so recently learned actually existed, and better yet, that he was apparently able to access.
Unfortunately, it appeared that, at the moment, he was having no luck with gaining such access. The sand remained still. The cup did not jiggle even a little bit. Absolutely no movement whatsoever, no matter how hard he tried. How had he done this in the past? He could not remember. It was not as if he had been paying attention when objects moved; in the past, it had seemed like a coincidence. Obviously, that had not been the case.
Why do I have to do this stupid exercise? It’s worthless!
Suddenly, the cup flew against the wall, flinging jagged shards of plasticine in all directions.
“Padawan, what was the cause of your failure?” His eyes snapped open as he heard the voice. The harsh sibilance in his Master’s pronunciation of the letter “S” betrayed his reptilian nature, even had one not known him or been able to see him. However, Master Del Gormo, once met, was unforgettable.
Yoda’s Padawan braid dipped as he cast his eyes and head downward. “Impatient I was. Frustration I felt.” Though he had been a quick study learning Basic, he had not been able to master the proper word order, and probably never would. His brain just did not function that way. His Master had the uncanny ability to speak entire volumes of disappointment with just the tone of his voice.
“Yes, and why were you frustrated?”
He forced himself to look up into his Master’s eyes, knowing that he had disappointed his Master yet again. “Waste of time I thought it was. Learning nothing I was.”
“You felt powerless?” After Yoda’s nod, the Master continued, “And yet when the cup hit the wall, you felt powerful?” Again, a nod. “Know that though what you were feeling might have seemed perfectly natural, and you might have thought you were being re-energized, such negative emotions will eventually overpower you.
“You will crave the strength you believe you get from feeling this way, and at first, this ‘Dark Side’ of the Force will be very obliging, as it grants you seemingly great abilities, but you will need more and more amounts of such negative feelings in order to perform at the same level you were at previously, until eventually, they will control you instead of the other way around. It is a vicious cycle.”
He was not sure he believed what his Master was peddling, but he was willing to listen, for it seemed that his Master had much to teach him, but hopefully, Yoda had a long time to learn.
771bGRS:6:11
Padawan Yoda and his master stood next to each other in front of the Jedi Council. Yoda was elated. He and his Master were being sent on their first mission together.
The tingle went up and down his spine, but he struggled to control his excitement in the midst of all these noble Jedi. He knew that he did not fool anybody. As they left the room in preparation for the mission, Yoda’s thoughts were scattered in all directions, his emotional control tethered only by a thin sliver to his Jedi training.
He released all of his fears and doubts in one deep breath. If he did not do so forthwith, his Master would deem him unworthy of this task and send him to work in the Archives or the Agricultural Corps. He did not want such an ignoble end to his career, especially before it had even really begun.
He was finally taking his first step into a larger world. What was in store for him next?
