I all so finished creating my Character Sheet.
Name: Onoroush Tabloor
Rank: Padawan
Age: 19
Gender: male
Species: Mon Calamari
Appearance: He looks similar to this: 
Height: 1.7 meters
Weight: 168 lb
Build: athletic
Hair: none
Eyes: yellow
Skin: orange
Markings: Tattoo on left forearm,
Clothing: light brown pants, white Jedi tunic, brown boots. His clothes are a light weight fabric for swimming and such.
Lightsaber Description: Water proof padawan training blade.
Hilt: curved gray and black hilt
Blade Color: blue
Other Weapons: medium sized pocket knife
Brief character bio: Onoroush was born on Mon Calamari. When he was two years old his parents were killed in a speeder crash. He only survived because his mother threw herself on top of him, saving his life. A Jedi had seen the crash, and rushed over to search for survivors. He found Onoroush crying under the dead body of his mother. The Jedi immediately sensed the force in the young child. The Jedi took him back with him to coruscant to be trained as a Jedi.

You don't. You hold it until you explode. Why do think there is only 4 or so active Females, and that number might be pushing it.

I just figured the women's quarters all came with private 'freshers, while the men were herded like Neft into a common 'fresher.

Quality over quantity is a good saying
And I don't think it's ever depended on the amount of tasks one does, but how much they learn from the experience. Doing more tasks and being a Padawan longer does not make you more qualified, nor does becoming one first, it depends on what knowledge you gain from the experience. 
... task is coming soon, been a little lazy over the past few days.
