To RP or not to RP, THAT is the question. Especially now that ST has been officially locked until further notice. I keep hearing rumors about an AoD RPG. Any 'truth' to that? What's a Sith to do these days.....  * goes back to training!

Lolly_Tolly, welcome to the Acolytes of Darkness. Do you pledge yourself to the Dark Side of the Force? If so, you may begin your training as a Sith Minion. Only after this can you truly be considered a Sith.

Why did you choose the Dark Side?
I chose the Dark Side because it better suits my lifestyle and personallity. The evillness is good practice for when I someday hope to gain world domination, and for generally creeping people out. 
Plus, the "bad-guys" in movies and books always get the better names and gadgets and things... 
I only pray this is to your satisfaction.

Hey everyone! I'd like to join this group. I already went ahead and joined the offsite, which looks great BTW. I thought that I would go ahead and do the same question Lolly_Trolly answered.
Why did you choose the Dark Side?
I chose the Dark Side because all of my favorite Star Wars characters (Darth Revan, Darth Malak, Darth Sidious) were all users of the Dark Side. When playing KotOR I actually admired the brute force of Malak and the brilliance of Revan. Those two are what really attracted me to the Dark Side.
You also hardly ever see any Sith become Jedi, but you see many Jedi become Sith.

Not so, Nemesis! I will gain world domination, for I have accomplices. If we get caught, I can lay the blame on them and slip back into the shadows to make more evil plots! Besides, we're going to use an army of mutant butterflies, mutant moths, mutant polar bears and monster egg robots!
Who is your favorite Sith Lord? Why? Give a brief biography detailing their major accomplishments and explain why you like s/he in detail.
Darth Bane! I like him because he was an incredibly powerful Sith Lord, and was the "father-figure" of Sith Lords such as Sidious, Plagueis, Cognus, Millennial and Vectivus.
He was smuggled off Apotros and joined the Brotherhood of Darkness. The Sith Lord Kopecz offered him a position in the Sith Academy on Korriban after he was observed to be unconciously using the Force during a battle. After recieving orders to battle the Army of Light, Bane denounced the teachings of the Brotherhood of Darkness, and pronounced himself Darth Bane.
Bane later found Revan's holocron on Lehon and learnt many secrets of the dark side that the Brotherhood did not teach. This included a thought bomb that eventually was detonated on Ruusan. This bomb killed, according to the Jedi, all of the Sith. Bane, being many miles away, survived as did a young girl called Rain, who later became Darth Zannah. Bane converted her to the Sith teachings and she became his apprentice. He thus instigated the Rule of Two.

Very well, chaotic_passion. Taking the initiative, I like that. And pretty good. That is a good reason. I, too, am fans of those characters. Malak is lower on my list, but he is good none-the-less. And, out of curiosity, why do you think that so many Jedi become Sith? I have a pretty good idea, but I am interested in hearing yours.
After you tell me that, you can do the other minion task I just recently assigned to Lolly_Tolly.
Lolly_Tolly: That is satisfactory enough. Darth Bane is indeed a great Sith Lord, one that, if you think about it, started the downfall of the Sith. I never looked at him as a father figure to the great Sith during the Rule of Two era, but I guess you are correct in the respect. Very clever. I take it you are a big fan of the two books put out by Drew Karpyshyn?
Next task (and remember, we pride ourselves on the quality of our members ):
~Give a brief explanation of the Jedi Code. Detail it's faults.
