Coruscant. I could totally live out my homicidal tendencies by "accidentally" bumping into people and sending them falling into the chasm of the city. Honestly, those city planners should have considered guard rails for the walkways, so it won't really be my fault.

I would go with a planet no one has chosen yet.
Its cloudy and rainy and what soem would call gloomy. But to me it is beautiful exept the locals and then they are just to pale.
