This is a really hard choice! 
I really want to say Kashyyyk (would love to explore, live in the tree tops, hang with the Wookies, etc.) but that would probably be best for more of a long term stay.
Alderaan has the natural beauty (looks kind of Alpine like) but also cities with stuff to do so I'll pick that.

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned Degobah! It would be a horticultural dream come true. You'd have an extreme abundance of resources such as plant and animal life to live off of, and there'd be nobody with whom you'd have to compete for any of it. You could live like a king.
You would have absolute freedom in the truest sense of the word. No taxes. No meddling governments planning your lives. Empire or no empire it'd make no difference. It's a beautiful planet. I can only imagine the wonders and sights a world of unexplored dark swamp would have to offer.
If ever there were hostile visitors, you would have perhaps the most advantageous home-terrain advantage of any planet in the galaxy. It would give a whole new meaning to guerrilla warfare. Jungle tactics. You'd have all the advantage.
It would also be the perfect location for an epic solo battle between yourself and the predator. There's enough mud to go around.
Degobah. Book it.

That very much has a lot to do with it. I love the architecture of Naboo which makes TPM worthwhile. In fact I love all the different scenery you can see in the PT.
