What was your 'Oh Sweet!' moment during the super-trilogy?

I think mine was the first time that I saw all the Jedi in GEonisis lighting their lightsabers together.
I had only seen one or two blades together before that since 1978. When the Jedi came in the arena and turned them on...there was a sea of blue and green that gave me goosebumps! I wonder if that's how the trade federation representatives felt when HTEY saw them?

Hmm...there were several moments in RotS. Some of the special FX were cool. Mainly though were the moments when Anakin turned into Darth Vader, especially when he was marching the temple and when he turned around and his eyes were yellow. Also, the entire lightsaber duel between Vader and Obi-wan and the first time the mask was placed on Vader. That was sweet.
I also love it when Palpatine begins to electrocute Luke in RotJ...that's an "Oh sweet!" moment for me. Must just be my dark side feelings.

So many to choose from. If I had to pick one, it would probably be the Yoda-Dooku duel in AotC.

I don't remember the first times I saw any of the OT, so it'll have to be CT moments... a couple I remember really clearly:
1) the 'waterfall' shot, when Anakin and Obi-Wan's fighters drop over into the MASSIVE Battle of Coruscant in RotS 
2) the seismic charges in AotC. Just sounded soooo amazing in theatres.
3) "Anakin Skywalker, meet Obi-Wan Kenobi." ...!
4) The Duel.
5) The Maul/Kenobi/Jinn fight

I agree with SJ, Anakin meeting Obi Wan and The duel were two of the most amazing scenes to see in theatres. But I think one of the best was when Maul was waiting behind the doors in Theed, and he just looks up and takes off his hood. It gave me goosebumps.

For the PT I'd have to say it was the Yoda/Dooku fight. I think everyone in the theater flipped when that happened. Followed closely by the Obi-Wan/Anakin(Vader) duel.
For the CT I'd have go with when Luke shows up to Jabba's palace. Specifically the battle on the barge.

In the PT, the Yoda/Dooku duel, closely followed by Yoda kicking off on Sidious. In the OT, it would be the Emperor's grand visit to the Death Star, or Yoda's first appearence.

Yep that was a sweet one too. I'll always remember seeing the green lightsaber for the first time, it had this different feeling than the oh too common blue and red.
For the OT, I loved when Luke first walks in to the freezing chamber and Darth Vaders voice booms "The force is with you, young Skywalker. But you are not a Jedi, yet."
Thinking about seeing these in theatres, makes me hope eventually they'll be rereleased as "special-special editions" or something. I don't care what Lucas does to them, I just wanna see the OT in theatres again.

Well, I totally geeked during the Yoda/Dooku duel, but the Geonosis ground battle with all the droids and clones fighting was really intense too...and of course, the arena battle.
I liked the Obi/Grievous duel as well, the saber windmill is still one of my favorite scenes but the final duel was sweet as well.
Hmm, well...the Carkoon battle was sweet in ROTJ, the Emperor's throne room battle. Yeah, I can think of so many too!
