Unfortunatley, My Wife & I can't make it , we were intending to, but something came up that we can't get out of. Bummer I was looking forward to hanging out with you guys again.

Andy, we would need someone all day (with breaks of course) for the noodle jousting area if you would like to man that area that would be great I think I volunteered Jen for that area as well LOL 
I also have an update on the festival - YAY!!!
We have been given a 10 X 20 tent with 2 - 3 tables 6Ft long.
We are being provided with the backdrop and all the signage for the event.
we are confirmed for the 2 pm "featured craft" time slot
they are providing the Log and helmets for the Lightsaber dueling area LOL
Now......what they r asking from us..........If someone can help set up the tents on monday evening Oct 24. Also Oct 28th Friday evening to help set up.
I think if we have time those days we should help them considering they are helping us so much and are not charging us for table/equipment rental.
I know I cannot be there monday evening I have a class , but friday I can help.
Is there a day someone can help them out? Please let me know so I can notify them

Im very excited about this event its a big one for us and a first in a long time so I would love to see a big turn out at this and hopefully gain some new members as well
