hi found the website to the event on friday and saterday
it is www.dicksonhalloween.com
the guests are
3 oompa lompas only 2 were in star wars movies
rusty goffe (played a jawa and a grnt droid in ep 4 not rotj)
malcom dixson(played a ewok in rotj)
also be two muckins fron the wizard of oz (1937)
the event is friday 5-9
saterday 11-6

I found it finally - try http://www.dicksonshalloween.com/home.shtml. (Hmmm - it doesn't work  - but the home page link on the error page does.  ) Sunday they will be at Planet Hollywood in Niagara Falls, Canada. There's a lot of information on the website including the following directions:
From Syracuse Area (East):
Take Ramp (LEFT) onto I-690 (I-690 / Baldwinsville)
At exit 6, take Ramp (RIGHT) onto SR-695 (RT-695 / RT-5 / Auburn Take Ramp (RIGHT) onto SR-5 (RT-5 / Auburn) Travel Approximately 21.1 miles.
Keep STRAIGHT onto US-20 [SR-5]
Turn LEFT (South) onto SR-38 [State St]. Watch for signs and Crowd
