Web site forums fixed

I fixed the forums tonight, you can now post more things in the forums. We forgot to make up forums fo ryou guys to post in. All we did wsa make the parent forums but not the actual forum for you to post in to. They are open now.

Gallery is fixed now.
Bert have Leighann up load the minutes agian, I dont think it worked. Have her up load them to the up load articale so we can post a link to them on the home page like the last meeting.
Jamie is also working on fixing some of the colours of the buttons so you can see them better also, so if some of them look blue and some of them look grey dont worry he will fix the rest. He is just very busy right now.
