I'm a newb to anything FF related, though I have seen references to it. My (step)dad tends to drive to Tampa daily though for work, and I think it'd be great if I could join one. Could someone give me more insight? From what I see it's a gathering with fellow SW fans as obsessed as I am. XD Thanks for the info in advance.

Hi,
We do make costumes, props, etc. Many of us have learned from attending workshops, etc. It might be kind of hard while under your parents roof...since they are not fans.
We are primarily forum based. Some fans do get together and that info. may be posted on the boards. So keep an eye out. Not many live in your area so transportation is necessary to get here.
Keep posting and see what develops.
