I did something kind of stupid yesterday. I bought a ticket for tonight's special 8:00pm showing of Iron Man and in my excitment I completely forgot about LOST tonight. I'm going to put a tape on and record it while I'm gone and cross my figures that nothing happens.

I would have done the same thing, but a lot of my friends couldn't go tonight. So I'm watching Lost tonight, and Iron Man tomorrow.

If Jorge Garcia isn't nomineted for an emmy this year, I will be extremely disappointed.....this season of all seasons he has really shined and shown his depth as an actor in more than just a comic relief performance.

Overall solid episode, its nice to see theyre still doing good character episodes even though these last 3 seasons are suppossed to barrel through the story.
But my goodness there were more revelations in that episode 11 preview than in the whole of episode 10!
The Ghost of Horace Goodspeed! and the purge has a set time as happening in 1992, though that means its after Ben took Alex

Everything was good except for the on-island story with Jack. It feels like they added Jack's appendicitis in just to give Jack something to do and to somehow make Jack have a flash-forward (which was great btw). But you can really tell that this episode is the calm before the storm, and it looks like the end game for the season will begin next week.

Yeah I fully agree with this. The off-island stuff, and everything on-island not involving Jack was great. But the Jack story seemed forced to make a flash-forward manageable. I suspect this would have worked slightly better in the original pre-strike plan, when there was a little more time to tell stories.

I dunno, I did think the scene where they finally put Jack under was pretty powerful. And then later when Juliette tell Jack that she knows he's awake.
