Hasn't that been the case for the last two weeks?

OK episode. The highlights are definitely the very beginning and the Ben/Locke/Hurley scenes. The rest of the entire episode is the middle section of ESB; a set-up for the end of ESB which is ultimately the down-point and set-up point for the rest of the saga.

Fantastic episode, we definitely learned quite a bit this episode. I'm personally thrilled at the fact that Jack eventually learns that Claire is his sister.

I am so pumped for the finale now. They've managed to get the Oceanic 6 divided up in 3 different places with people who don't get off the Island, so I have no idea how this is going to work But I can't wait to see what goes down when Locke descends into the Orchid.

I was surprised when Sayid and Kate were captured by The Others. Now I have know idea how the O6 get together. I guess we'll find out in two weeks.

In 1977 George Lucas created the Star Wars Trilogy and changed the way we look at movies. In 1999 George Lucas created the Prequel Trilogy and changed the way we look at Star Wars. Frasier, Lost, and Whose Line Is It Anyway? are the best tv shows ever.

Awesome episode, lots of great moemnts we've been waiting to see for a long time. Though I think Sun's scene is the highlight of the episode.

The scene after Christian's wake was superb. Matthew Fox did an awesome job.

Loved last night's episode.
I really liked how Sun went all badass on her dad and Jack finding out about Claire after his dad's memorial
I do wonder how the Oceanic 6 will get together and leave now, snce they seem to be all over the place, but i guess we'll find out in 2 weeks... i'm so pumped for this 2 hour finale!

Well assuming they find a way like teleporting with the Orchid or using another way off the Island, it won't be a huge jump for Hurley, Jack, Kate and Sayiid: they're already hovering around the same region as the Orchid, and in relation to one another.
But... Sun and Aaron are now 5 miles off the coast. How's THAT work???

I also wonder why Jin isnt one of the Oceanic 6, and whether he dies or just stays behind for some odd reason... i cant see Sun willingly leave him though

As soon as I saw that room full of explosives (how the hell did no one see that before?!), I was worried they were going to destroy the freighter, with Sun and Aaron surviving via a smaller boat on board or something (due to Jin's warning to have her leave the room)- but that would mean they're gonna kill Jin, Desmond & Michael all in one shot.

I can't see (and extremely hope that they don't) them killing off Desmond yet. Michael maybe; in a final heroic act, the Island lets him die or something.

At least one of the three men in that room full of C-4 is going to die. Michael seems the most likely, followed by Jin. Desmond seems relativly safe IMO. My guess is that the C-4 is controlled by the device on Keamy's arm. Maybe if the boat trys to leave without him...kaboom.
