Just saw them last night in Philly, and it was absolutely amazing. They're really phenomenal guys. Here's what they played. I didn't write it down, so I can't remember the exact order, and I'm embarrassed to say there were one or two songs I didn't recognize. Maybe someone else saw them in Philly and can help me out...
Jam session
Can't Stop
Dani California
Scar Tissue
Charlie
C'mon Girl
Californication
John Frusciante does a solo song
Blood Sugar Sex Magik
Throw Away Your Television
Snow (Hey Oh)
Song I didn't recognize
Tell Me Baby
By The Way
Encore: Other song I didn't recognize
Give It Away
I think that was it, but to be honest, I was so blown away by their awesomeness that the details slipped by (also, my eardrums were so blown out due to the horrendous Mars Volta set that was a massive disappointment, but that's another story).

Hmm, looks to me like the two songs youre missing are 'Me and My Friends' and 'Fortune Faded'. The former is on one of their pre BSSM albums and the latter is off of Californication, IIRC. And the song Frusciante sung was 'Will You Still Love Me', which was actually very good.
Anyway, I saw them exactly a week ago today in Jersey and they were friggin amazing. This was the first concert Id been to in over six years so it was even better because of that. Great show from start to finish, with some really great jam sessions thrown in throughout as well as to close the show. I also noticed that the changed the set list slightly from the show I went to from the one in Philly. At the Jersey show the encore was 'Dont Forget Me' (which I thought was strange) which went into 'Give it Away'. They didnt even play 'Under the Bridge', which really surprised me. They also played 'Readymade' at the show I went to which I noticed they didnt play in Philly.
Oh, and they also filmed the video for 'Snow (Hey Oh)' at the show I was at, which was really cool. The whole arena lit up those little glow lights they give out and it looked amazing. Cant wait to see the video when it airs.
Lastly, I must say that the Mars Volta were godwaful and far and away THE worst opening act Ive ever seen. I think the lead 'singer' screeched five words over the course of an hour, the rest of which was one long musical interlude.

Actually, I missed Readymade when I typed that up. Here's the complete playlist:
Intro Jam
Can't Stop
Dani California
Scar Tissue
Charlie
Havanah Affair (Ramones Cover)
Readymade
Blood Sugar Sex Magik
Flea Solo
Throw Away Your Television
For Emily, Wherever I May Find Her (John did this solo)
Snow (Hey Oh)
Me and My Friends
C'Mon Girl
Right On Time
Another Flea solo
Don't Forget Me
Tell Me Baby
Another Jam
Californication
By The Way
Encore: Soul to Squeeze, then Give It Away
They didn't play Fortune Faded last night, which was odd, since it's supposedly been played a lot this tour. I thought it was weird that they didn't play Under the Bridge, but I guess I can live without it. I was thrilled that they played By The Way, because I love that song, and Havanah Affair was really great, even though I had no idea what was going on at first.
EDIT: Agreed. The Mars Volta were absolutely terrible. A whole hour of...that. Ugh. They're much better than that, I don't know what possessed them last night (or, evidently, this entire tour).

I wish they would have played Soul to Squeeze when I saw them. I was also hoping to hear Breaking the Girl and Aeroplane, or at least one of the two.

"Me and My Friends" is from One Hot Minute, which is with Dave Navarro
and "Fortune Faded" was released with their Greatest Hits album and as a single I believe, not on any studio album.

Actually, Me and My Friends is from The Uplift Mofo Party Plan. Still explains why I didn't recognize it, as I don't own their earlier stuff, and I've only listened to it once or twice.

You and everyone else on Limewire . I finally caved and went to iTunes, even though I'm trying to cut down on my music purchases.

I honestly don't like too much of the pre-Mother's Milk stuff. I'm also not the biggest fan of One Hot Minute, though I do like My Friends and Tearjerker. Really, though, the stuff with Frusciante is the best. I would rather have heard Otherside or Under the Bridge instead of Me and My Friends, but that's really a nitpick in the long run.

Also, Flea is the only member to have always been in the band. Even Kiedis has been kicked out at one point. Though the singer was soon replaced once again, by Kiedis

Who here has read Kiedis' autobiography, "Scar Tissue"?
It might as well be a bio of the band itself, but I really enjoyed it.
Has anyone seen the video on YouTube of their cover of "Search And Destroy"? Really good.

My alltime favourite book
It makes you wonder how much drugs one person can actually take and not die.
