I understand everyone's frustration with the fact that there is nothing you really see with this one. But I think that keeping things under wraps and limiting what the audience sees and know before hand works in their favour. They had the fortune in the first movie of not as many people watching it. After the last two Batman films people lost interest. This time around they already saw the awesomeness that was Batman Begins and want to see what's up with the sequal. But the mystique and element of surprise works so well in Nolan's favour that maintaining a low profile is probably a good thing. And I love the move to utilize the viral marketing to keep the fanboys interested without having to actually provide material.
Its an approach that could backfire though. Without any material being released the Fanboys are left to their own imaginations to craft and sculpt in their minds the perfects story and then hype it up little by little. In many cases no matter what the final result will be it will end up a disappointment for some. Thus I am trying not to dwell on the movie as much as possible and waiting to see some results before spazzing like the fanboy I am.

Agreed, I like that the second line, "I'm a man of my word.", adds a guttural touch similar to Benicio Del Toro's talking corpse in Sin City, but the first one has the funner delivery of the Joker.

I'm definitely interested (HB 2 that is), I enjoyed the first quite a lot and as usual the visuals are awesome, but I kinda thought it was an underwhelming trailer. I can't really put my finger on why, maybe it's the terrible announcer guy? I don't know, either way, I'll definitely be checking it out.

Though it has some good moments, it still seems to have the sense of monotonous mediocrity that made the first film so dull. But I'm willing to give the franchise a second chance.
