JMS fans have been hearing about this upcoming film for a bit now, and that Ron Howard almost directed it but couldn't due to his upcoming schedule. At NYCC, JMS had said he wasn't yet allowed to reveal the actors and director involved yet but said that they were A-list.
Well, he wasn't kidding- looks like Clint Eastwood will be directing and Angelina Jolie starring

Universal Pictures and Imagine Entertainment are rushing ahead with the thriller "The Changeling", based on true events in 1920s Los Angeles reports Variety.
Clint Eastwood is looking to direct and Angelina Jolie in talks to star in the story of a woman whose son is abducted but soon retrieved. However not long after she suspects that the returned child is not her kid and must confront corruption in the LAPD.
Starts filming in June, IIRC what JMS said correctly.

It opened here in San Francisco. I almost saw it this morning. I'll probably catch it tomorrow. I love Clint Eastwood, especially his directorial work.
I'm REALLY excited for Gran Torino in December. The trailer was great.
