I watched The Life of David Gale the other night. I can't decide if I liked the movie, but the acting was excellent.

I don't consider it a bad movie, but Charles Dutton in Alien 3.

"The Bounty" The movie didn't work, but the cast included Anthony Hopkins (as Bligh), Mel Gibson (as Christian), and Liam Neeson and Daniel Day-Lewis.

And of the above, Neeson and Day-Lewis were the best^

Christopher Reeve and Annette O'toole in Superman III.
Bad movie, but I really felt the chemistry between Clark and Lana. Some of their scenes really moved me and wanted them to hurry up and get together.
Leonard Nimoy in any bad Star Trek movie or episode (but, in particular, Star Trek V comes to mind).
I like the interactions between he and his brother. I even liked the notion of Spock having a full-blooded Vulcan half-brother who was a religious fanatic almost lacking any sense of logic, but something about the film, as a whole, failed; especially the ending.
Cynthia Rhodes in Runaway. I have the movie on DVD and still feel so sorry for her when Selleck is pulling the explosive shell out of her arm. She really covinced me she was in pain. When she hugs him while sobbing just after he gets it out, you can really feel the fear she had that her entire arm might blow off. She was pretty solid in the few movies she did. I always wondered what would have happened to her as an actress had she not married Richard Marx and become a stay-at-home mom; not that that's a bad thing. In fact, the world would be a better place if people would make sacrifices for their families instead of seeking there own interests.
Sorry about the rant. Down from my soapbox I come.

Heath Ledger in The Dark Knight.
Seriously folks, despite the epic box office gross, this is hardly a classic. I prefer Begins.
Heath turns in a good performance - a lot better than Bale, whose Bruce Wayne is spot on but alters his voice in a weird way as Batman.

Connery, without being a great actor or anything, is the best thing about most of his movies.
