Not sure if anyone is actually looking forward to it, but "The Green Hornet" with Seth Rogan in the lead is proof that there truly is Evil in the world.

The Dark is Rising.
Looks wholly unoriginal. They even call the hero a "seeker", a generic term for the "hero" character. I bet it goes down well at the box office.

He's writing and co-producing the film as well. It must be a passion project for him. I wouldnt pan it yet ( and I wouldnt anyways because The Green Hornet is a comic book movie ive been waiting for for a long time ).

I was looking forward to it based on the concept. The trailer was beyond horrible. I probably saw it in a theatre three or four times this summer and heard barely any smatterings of laughter.
