You can sort of take Lost out, since the true season finale thing is in two weeks.

As for The Office's finale last night:
- ***dammit, Andy!! I'm really annoyed that they blue-balled us on the Jim-Pam engagement.
- I quite liked Kelly talking about how she is going to get all dolled up to go visit Ryan in prison.
- When Amy Ryan first appeared on screen, I literally yelled out "Sweet Beadie Russ!!" just like McNulty did when he though he saw her in Season 3 of The Wire. Damn, I miss that show. The running gag with her thinking Kevin was retarded was priceless.
- The fact that they found out about Ryan on YouTube was classic.
- So, most likely, Jan's kid will have the fetal alcohol syndrome, right?
- The ending with Dwigt and Angela was set up pretty well last week, with those two being the only ones left working in the office after-hours.
- Also, something about Michael sitting at his desk and listening to "Crash" utterly killed me.
Oscar had the line of the night:
"If you ask me, the bigger crime was the beard."

"Break out the black, kids: Another team member dies tonight. And no, not someone ancillary like Wassername With OCD — a major character. Season Finale
American Idol
"Given that the Davids (Archuleta and Cook) couldn't be further apart on the (admittedly very short) spectrum of this show, who will America choose to stand proudly in the moment and believe it is (to paraphrase Jordin Sparks) his now? It comes down to personal priorities: Do you prefer a boy or a man? Brainless pop or attempts to rock? Creepily prodigious talent or hardworking creativity? In the absence of Carly, I'm voting Cook. But no matter your choice, one thing's for certain: It will take nearly two hours of random, largely irrelevant celebrity performances and ill-fated duets before we trap, er, crown a winner. — Whitney Pastorek"
9-10PMCBS, TV-14-LV
Season Finale
Criminal Minds
"BAU in NYC? Hmm…maybe the NYPD's playing CYA."
10-11PM10-11PM
Season Finale
CSI: NY
"Bank-hostage crisis is so season 3. They're one late."
10-11PM ABC, TV-PG-D
Preview
Season Finale
Boston Legal
"What began as a pretty conventional courtroom spin-off has morphed into prime-time drama at its most eccentric (could William Shatner and James Spader be an odder couple?) and political (does ABC know David E. Kelley gives weekly lessons in liberalism?). In tonight's finale, Spader's Alan defends a town's right to secede from the U.S., and an offended Denny (Shatner) represents the other side. Legal covers more hot-button issues than Law & Order and may be as satirically out-there as South Park. All of which makes it our favorite Kelley kreation of all time. — Ken Tucker"

I don't know who likes this show. It might be the most unfunny sitcom I've ever seen.

It's close, but "Two and a Half Men" is worse, I think.

They're both dreck, but Two and a Half Men is Shakespeare compared to According To Jim.

Two and a Half Men has made me laugh once or twice. I have never laughed at According to Jim. Its almost offensively unfunny.
