"Lost"
"Getting Lost for a mere one hour a week can be taxing, so we hope you're mentally and physically prepared for tonight's two hour season finale. If it's anything like past season enders, then it'll be an action-packed, mind-blowing, angst-ridden, music-swelling spectacular, one with a cliffhanger so perplexing that you'll sit in a dark room for the entire summer nitpicking and note taking and wearing out your Lost DVD collection in search of clues and subtle explanations to the complicated mythology you may have missed. It sounds painful, but that's what makes being a Lost fan so much fun. The torture. According to exec producer Carlton Cuse, ''By the end of the season, some people's fates will be clear, and others will not be so clear.'' Thanks for clearing that up."

Everyone moaned when they did the six episode mini-season then 17 episode main season for season 3, and they did that so that they could come back earlier, so this is just what we get for complaining so much - a wait until January for a mere 17-episode run.

Except for that fact that those last 17 consecutive episodes were fast paced and some of the best of the show. It sucks to wait until January, but then we get an entire season with no breaks!

Honestly, what they should do is have some shows that run ONLY during the fall and shows that run ONLY during the spring.
