But seriously, I found it boring. Maybe it's because I constantly need action in my movies to make me sit through them (Yet this doesn't explain why I sat through the Godfather movies...?)

Yeah, I absolutely LOVED this film - but I found myself watching it in a different way to the way I watch other films (action films, for example). I found myself just sitting back and "letting the story unfold" and becoming absorbed in it, rather than being on the edge of my seat, etc as I sometimes am when I`m watching, say, SW or something else......don`t know if that makes sense!

Just watched it about a week ago myself, and I was completely floored by how amazing it was.
It never opened in theaters where I lived, so I had to wait for it to come out in DVD. Both Casey Affleck and Brad Pitt gave phenomenal performances, especially Casey. He was so creepy, like a train wreck you know is coming but can't look away from. The cinematography alone is worth watching it for. And it really doesn't feel like its length. I highly recommend.
