Yes, should be higher. Laurie does an absolutely fantastic job bringing Gregory House to life, who's got a lot of depth. And, he's a funny character.

  House should be mumber 1! Not only is he able to solve practically any medical mystery but he's also one of the most complex characters on tv. Hugh Laurie brings that character to life like nobody else could, pulling off a seamless American accent for one. Because of him people love that crank, rude, drug addicted doc.

House definitely deserves a higher spot than #25. Probably one of the most entertaining and interesting television characters I've ever even seen. The fact that his personality stands out from the rest is what makes him interesting.

Hugh Laurie is cool. But as to the character, he was better when he was called Dr. Cox.

Dr. Cox is a great character, but House is WAY more complex and interesting IMO.

I'm pretty sure this list doesn't have a numerical order and that its simply the best (not top) 25 TV Doctors. Not only because Dr.House should be higher but also when I go to the EW site there aren't any position number in front of the Doctor name unlike for example with the 'Top 25 SF of the past 25 years'-list.

You are right Darth_Omega. EW did not rate all of the doctors, so I apologize for listing House as number 25. He is just one of 25. It is up to everyone here to determine where they should be rated.
