X-Wing: Rogue Squadron by Michael A. Stackpole. The only X-Wing book I've read so far as been Star Fighters of Adumar, but I found out today that my library has all the books up to SoA. So now I'm finally going to read them.

Vanderbilt writes a great column about transportation related issues over at Slate.com. I highly recommend it.

Shop Girl a novella by Steve Martin

Yes it's that Steve Martin, the actor, comedian and author.

I've only read half a chapter so far and it hasn't made me want to stop reading it, so we'll see how the rest of it goes.

MASKS OF THE UNIVERSE by Edward Harrison

A discussion of how poets, philosophers and scientists, through
history, have put a face on reality. I've reached the period where
Schuster is speculating that antimatter possesses antigravity.
Hate to spoil it for him, but... shame_on_you

Finished reading Death Star last night. Its not a bad book, but there were elements from the radio drama that I would have liked to see the authors expand on, like Motti's attempts manipulate Tarkin into using the Death Star to oppose the Emperor.
