Yeah, when I got there I just kinda stared at it going "he did NOT just quote Greg Oden" (repeat a few times). But he did, and even had a nice little footnote crediting him.
But it wasn't just quoting Greg Oden... it was that commercial where he's trying to sell himself, saying big men can sell stuff and him being sophisticated, etc.
Bonus points to anyone who can figure out what the assignment was and how he managed to work that in to a paper for Ancient Myth.

Rather than start a new thread for this, I'll just say it here: I'm going to be traveling for the next two weeks, though for the most of that time I'll have limited access to the internet and thus will be around some, but will definitely be out for at least 5 days at one point, so I'll be going green. I'll be back to full time by Monday, June 16.
Oh, and that assignment mentioned earlier was for them to interview a deity/hero and one person did an ESPN-style interview wherein the character being interviewed used Greg Oden's commercial as his closing comments. Quite entertaining, at least.
