I just laugh how cubs fans whine and cry about 100 years this and 100 years that. Wake up cub fans, at least you have been to the playoffs in the last 20 years. The organization, fans, and players screwed up and messed your chances for a World Series. Just get out of the way and let the Brewers shine.

I think it's fair to discuss a particular game that the Cubs have played in here, even if the user is talking about their team that happens to be a rival of the Cubs. Though, it's probably best to do it in the official MLB thread. Either way, there's nothing wrong with a little friendly rivalry among fans as long as it stays civil and doesn't get personal, no? That really is part of the fun of being a sports fan.

I think it's fair to keep threads dedicated to specific teams as safe havens for their fans. That means if you want to come in here and discuss the team, you do so in a civil manner. No smak talk against the team is really needed. Don't make me be a bad moderator!
