Calling into question someone's fandom is not something that is acceptable on these forums. Let's stay away from that whole thing shall we?
As for my post, I was not saying "meh" to a Cubs victory. I am always happy about that. I was repeating the sentiment of my previous post where I said "It will take a few YEARS of him working well as a closer for me to begin to consider him an asset to the team. He has a lot of disappointment to make up for."

Who are you to say someone isn't a Cubs fan? I've known Strilo awhile and he's a huge Cubs fan. Most fans are blindly in love with all players. Players have to earn our respect.

The more I think about this, the angrier it makes me. I don't like Kerry Wood because I think he is a bad thing for the Cubs. I don't like him because of my love for the team and my desire to see them win. He hasn't been an asset to the Cubs for a long time. Years in fact. Worse, he's been a detriment. Anyway, being a fan doesn't mean you blindly support everything and everyone. I didn't like Sosa either. You can have a brain and question things and have opinions and still love the team. Geez this sounds like warnings I have to give people in PT for telling other users they are not SW fans if they dislike some aspect of the PT.

Well as long as Kerry's been playing the way he has been, I'll love him. Heck I'd love to be proved wrong with Kerry. And I agree with Tim, my loyalty is to the Cubs not any one player, sure I felt like punching the wall in for a few players leaving but I'll all ways come back.
And how about the return of the alternate Blue jerseys? I missed them

Another big win today for the Cubbies in a twelve-inning marathon.
I like the idea of sitting Kerry every-so-often and letting Marmol be the closer...don't wanna take the risk of injury, and you get two excellent closers to boot.

I meant to Kerry, not the team. Scary game the other day, 13 innings that end up with a Cubs victory. This team needs some momentum and Soriano's bat desperatly needs to wake up

Meh, there are people less perfect than Kerry Wood...myself, for example. He's still 3-for-4 in save opportunities...which is a good percentage, and he dominated in those three saves.
And, in the end, they still got the win, and that's all that matters.
