Last night we, Florida State, had our Spring Game (Garnet and Gold). The coaches showed up, Bobby showed up, fans showed up, but the offense did not  . Our WR are about 5'7 and can't catch to save their lives. The RB's did not gain a single yard. Simply horrible.

I was going to go to that game, but was still on my way back from a conference in Tampa. Sounds like I didn't miss too much.
Though I take it those fireworks last night were from there? They seemed to be coming from somewhere around the stadium and were roughly around the time the game should have ended.

Yep there were fireworks, and they were pretty good too.
Oh, they are also added a new huge screen to the stadium during the summer.

Well for those of us obsessed with College Football Mandel released his post Spring practice top 25 (preseason top 25?)
In any case its located here
Overall the list looks pretty safe to me for preseason rankings, though I highly doubt there will not be much movement in the rankings this season, after the debacles of last year.

We will see how well Tedford recruited this year. With the amount of talent they lost...Forsett, Hawkins, Jordan, DeCoud, Jackson and Gibson on the OL...it will be interesting to see who will fill in.

It will pick back up, once we get closer to the start of the new season....
Then we can arg--er... debate over Teams, Players, and of course Conferences....most of it good natured  ....ahhh the good old days...
