I just wonder how NE plans on keeping Randy Moss there. Asante Samuel in Phili eh. Sounds like it could be a good fit, but the only thing is he's got a few holes in his game especially in man coverage. The eagles with Johnson as their coordinator love to send blitz's so I'm anxious to see how Samuel does in a man blitz system especially in the leagues toughest division the NFC East. Dealing with the likes of T.O, and Plaxico two times a year isn't like the AFC East which was amongst the weakest divisions in the league.

I'm really glad to see Samuel added to the Birds, but unfortunately it means Lito is probably on his way out. Clemons comes in tomorrow, so the Eagles could make two acquisitions right off the bat.

The Eagles might deal Lito for a trade or for more picks. Samuels is a good pickup, IMHO. I just hoope they didn't overpay, which a lot of teams will be with this small group of free agents.
Me, I'm still ticked off to hear Mike Patterson got caught smoking weed out in a car.

The hot rumor is that the Eagles are trying to package Lito and a high-round draft pick for Larry Fitzgerald.

Don't worry. With the Niners' luck, Bruce will either tear his ACL during training camp or drop a bazillion passes like the rest of our receivers. And that's assuming Alex Smith can even throw the ball within 25 yards of him too.
