Pavlik destroys Locket, no big surprise.
But Sergio Mora looked pretty good in defeating Vernon forrest. Mora is an awkward fighter, kind of like Solimon.

Common consensus on the boxing forum I post on is that the jump up in weight and similarity in style to Mikel Kessler would lead to a Pavlik defeat on points. However, like the Calzaghe-Kessler bout, it would be a hell of a fight.

Calzaghe has too much hand speed for Pavlik. Pavlik does have a punchers chance though. One punch could be lights out. Pavlik has a good stiff jab when he uses it.
I would pick Calzaghe on points.
If Calzaghe beats Jones (if they fight), I think a fight with Pavlik could happen.

Too soon in his career for Khan. Especially with the bums Warren has had him fighting.

Agreed, and at this stage of Pacquiao's career, I doubt he would fight a realatively unknown fighter. Pacquiao will be looking for big name, money fights, or major title belts. Khan is not ready yet.

Abraham-Pavlik would be a great fight. If the latter isn't going to fight Calzaghe (likely that he isn't) then the big option for him is Abraham. I'd also like to see Pavlik take on Kessler. Would be interesting to see.

Aye I've seen that. Look's like they'll be taking the Mayweather-ODLH slot on Sept. 20th.
Pacman-Diaz is going to be an awesome fight. I'll have to have a scout around and see whether I'll be able to watch it, because British TV doesn't seem to be paying any attention.

And he gets it. The lightweight division better be worried, because on the strength of this performance, Pacquaio can get all four major belts.

That fight should have been stopped a round or two earlier. Diaz's corner did a horrible job of protecting their fighter. It was clear he was not going to win, and he did not have the power to keep Pacquiao off of him.
Pacquiao moved better than I have seen him move in his last couple of fights. His right hook has developed a great deal too.
