Cheering for the Giants. The game doesn't start until midnight local time here, though, so I'll probably tape it and watch it Monday. Assuming the Giants win. Otherwise I'll dig up my copy of SBXXV and watch Norwood go wide right instead.

I just want to have a good time at a party
That's my main reason. 
Even though I really don't want to see either team win, I'll still watch the game, as I always do.

OTHER: NFL football is one of my favorite things in life.
When I was a kid it was always Star Wars and football.
I love it.
I'm watching for my love of the sport.

Yes, I watch the Super Bowl for many reasons. Football is amazingly fun, both to watch and to play. Yes, the Super Bowl is the best sports party of the year. But never in my life has a team been in this position to go for 19-0. And that's unique and special and makes me want to watch even more. Even if I hope they crash and burn.

As much as I'm rooting against the Pats, I voted for cheering for the Giants. I'm a closet Family Manning fan, and over the last few years the Giants games are televised down here (because they are in the same division as the Cowboys) so I've been watching their games. I like Eli and am pleased he's peeking at the right time. Jeremy Shockey was always entertaining too, but he's been injured. 
So yeah, GOOOOOOOO GIANTS!
(I can't help myself with the Anti-Pats icon though! Its too good to pass up!)

Only if the Patriots have a huge lead, say 35-7 going into the 4th quarter and then Brady throws 5 INTs that get returned for touchdowns. THEN it will be as big of a choke as the one the Yankees gagged up in 2004.

I'm hoping to see history. I only really watch the NFL during the playoffs and I don't have any specific teams I root for but this is something that may never be done again. Also, I'm very anxious to see the Super Bowl on the new HDTV we recently bought.
