Favorite MLBer has to be Ryne Sandberg - one of the greatest second basemen ever!
Favorite NBA player is KG, but I can't watch now he's in Boston.
Favorite NHL player has to be either Brent Burns or Mikko Koivu of MY Minnesota Wild.
Favorite NFL? 
Favorite all-time wrestler? The Rock

David Robinson. Although it's kind of funny how one of the main reasons he was my idol as a kid was partly because of his Christian faith, and nowadays I'm an atheist. I even have an autographed basketball from him with a Bible verse written on it. Nonetheless, I've never liked an athlete as much as I did Robinson in my childhood.

I can't say college sports because I haven't been exposed to a lot of players outside of Cal, but then again, almost all my favorite players in every sport are local.
