*cough* Ahem.
Okay, here's the deal: my hand has to be operated on. Turns out that the bone is too long and needs to be shortened. Brilliant. This also means that the cast was pointless, which means I suffered through two months of no real computer or writing time for nothing. Yeah, I'm thrilled. My hand still bothers me, but what the heck. Not like I can do anything until I get the surgery done.
I also got really sick in December and was away after Christmas for a couple of weeks. Then school almost killed me. Now life is sort of settling down, at least to the point where I have the time to start writing again. SO, no promises, but- I'll try to start on the next chapter soon. The thing is that I hadn't even started Chapter 8 when my hand started acting up, so I have to, er, refamiliarize myself with the fic, so to speak. Which I'm doing now. And while I have a brief summary of Eight, there's a difference between a half a page summary and a twenty page chapter that you usually get from me.
Therefore, thanks a bunch for your patience- or your impatience *grins*- and I'll try to get a chapter out soon.

Hurray! You do live. I'm sorry to hear about the unnecessary cast (I would have been bumed out too). But frankly, I just happy to hear that you're mapping out chapter 8 because if you ponder about the subject long enough, eventually it will come into existance (and that's super cool to readers!)
I wish you the best in surgery. May the doctors not screw up.

P.S. Is it too late to ask for the unedited/adult version of chapter 7? because I have the impression you wrote one, but I haven't been sent anything and you didn't comment on the subject when I mentioned it earlier....

wow. your back thtas good. i absolutely love your story.. the whole padme's memory being wiped and unkowlingly falling into vader's hands. Im so anxious for the next chapter! and if i could get PM chapter seven adn being added to your PM list also.  ..hehe.. just excited for the next chapter. your at the hilt of the story--cant wait!

My my, this is going back a bit, in fact i dont think i have seen Alethia posting for a while.
Anyways, if you are around Alethia, could you drop us a post. This is such a brilliant story it would be a shame to leave it hanging in the air.
