	Characters: Anakin, Obi-Wan, some Separatist cannon fodder....er, I mean OCs. Timeframe: Clone Wars, about six months pre ROTS. Keywords: Humor, action Summary: Where there's smoke, there's fire. Where there's Kenobi, there's Skywalker. You'd think the Separatists had learned this by now. ---- "He was grazed by a blast," the Separatist droid gunner said almost wonderingly. He turned to his commanding officer. "Can't we execute him?" "Tempting," the Nemoidian answered. "But High Command has standing orders for this type of prizoner. Dooku and Greivous will put him on Holonet, sneer about the "Jedi Scum" and then excecute him publicly." "You mean, they want the glory for themselves," the Droid said. "And the propaganda," The Nemoidian agreed. The object of their discussion was one Obi-Wan Kenobi, apparently unconscious. The blaster bolt had burned his arm, and the momentum had knocked him to the ground. The Droid had his lightsaber. "Too bad they wont let me keep this," he said wistfully in his buzzing voice. "Not a chance, Greivous will have dibs on that. He's got a fixation." A Droideka rolled in. "Did you see Skywalker when you nabbed him?" "His famous partner eh? He was fighting some of those MagnaDroids further up the field. Still up there, apparently." The Droideka did not move. "Odd, you'd think he'd have felt it through that 'Force' of theirs. Why didn't he come?" Obi-Wan opened his eyes and smiled unpleasantly. "The Droid AI programmes need overhaul, I see. Nemoidians, of course, are always pathetic life forms." The three Separatists looked at eachother. "Uh oh...." The door blew in, and there was Skywalker, lightsaber in hand. "Why didn't you call me sooner, Master?" "Oh, you know me Anakin. I liked to give them every chance to figure it out." Obi-Wan used the Force to yank his lightsaber out of the droid's hand. "You mean, you enjoyed their foolishness," Anakin smirked. "How un-Jedi of you." "Now, now, Anakin," Obi-Wan chided. "One must always study the ways of the enemy." Anakin laughed. The Nemoidian began to blubber for his mother. The droids prepared for battle. "Honestly, you Separatists never learn do you?" Obi-Wan said. "Where there's smoke..." "...there's fire!" Anakin finished. They leapt forward in a blur of blue sabers, the Force flowing through them. The Nemoidian and the battle droid stood no chance. The Droideka tried to roll into a strategic position and blast them, a more intelligent strategy it must be said, which meant it survived all of twenty seconds. Obi-Wan smiled. "Come on, Anakin, there's still a battle to be won."
