Hello there!
This my first ever story/vignette so far, I admit it, I was a lurker but my mind wouldn't let me be until I post this.
Disclaimer : I am George Lucas, I own Star Wars... Oups did I say that out loud?!? 
Seriously, i'm not and i don't wish to be him... too much pressure... 
Also, I want to give a big Thank You to my beta : VaderLVR64. I couldn't do it without you!
Here it Goes :
New Beginning
Jedi don't know hate, angst or fear. Jedi are trained to let go of their fears, even to some extent to overcome pain. But after what happened since the beginning of the war to its end just days ago, pain was all he could think about. The Jedi Master was still trying to understand the events, asking questions to the Force, but since the Emperor had taking over, the Force was silent.
Gathering his courage, he decided to review the events of the previous days to not only understand how it happened but to make sure that the training of the next Jedi would be as flawless as it could be.
From as far as he could remember, Master Yoda had never been one to be touched by darkness, or so he thought. His last encounter with his old friend hadn't left any doubts. The oldest and wisest Jedi of the entire Order had turned his back on everything he stood for. He had even turned his back on him. Yoda had been like a brother to him. The new Emperor had attacked him, forgetting about their friendship, taunting him about how he had been able to fool everybody. In the end, even a Jedi Master as himself, as powerful as he was, had to flee but not without been injured. He had lost an arm during the battle that had occurred in the Senate. An arm that had bee replace by a mechanical one much like the one that carried young Skywalker newly named Darth Vader.
That was the plan all along for Yoda. He had befriended Skywalker right from the start. In fact, Yoda had been the one to accept Kenobi's request for the training. All the others Masters had rejected the request. But Yoda had described it a calling from the Force. How much of that was lies? How much death was Yoda responsible for? Skywalker had willingly joined the Dark Side but if was under Yoda's influence. Even Skywalker's own Master, Obi-Wan Kenobi hadn't been able to get through him. Skywalker had completed his turn to the Dark Side of The Force by killing him. The main reason for Skywalker's turn was his fear of loss. He broke the Jedi Code by taking a wife, and the fear of losing her had pushed him over the edge making lose the will to live.
As he set foot on this planet, a planet with no civilization, no means of communication with those two children, he looks toward the sky and made a pledge to the Force that he wouldn't fail them, that these two candles of light would tear apart the darkness to bring real balance to the Force.
This is not the end, this is only the beginning. A New Beginning for the Skywalker twins and Jedi Master Cos Palpatine...

Yikes!
As he set foot on this planet, a planet with no civilization, no means of communication with those two children, he looks toward the sky and made a pledge to the Force that he wouldn't fail them, that these two candles of light would tear apart the darkness to bring real balance to the Force.
This is not the end, this is only the beginning. A New Beginning for the Skywalker twins and Jedi Master Cos Palpatine...

Now that is a new idea for me, subbing Yoda and Palpatine! Wonder what kind of Jedi palpatine would be?

Darth_Marrs : I had this idea for a while where Yoda and Palpatine would be both jedi and Council members. The one would betray the other...
